These are silver colored foil balloons in the shape of numbers from 0 to 9 that are about 76 cm long. They are sold piece by piece, and you can combine numbers as you wish. The balloon has a self-sealing valve and is easily filled with helium or regular air using a balloon pump. If you want to inflate the balloon yourself, you need to insert a straw into the valve, as the self-sealing valve is a couple of centimeters into the opening.
