This little party hat is 12cm high and 8cm in diameter. The hat is made from a polyester fabric which allows it to hold its shape smoothly and is durable for multiple uses. The hat itself is covered in golden glitter. At the top is a pink tassel ball, and along the bottom edge is a matching pink ribbon with small balls.

Included is an elastic string that you tie to the pre-made holes. This allows you to adjust the correct length of the cord depending on who is wearing the hat.
