This is how it works:

1. Fill a bowl with about 5-6 cm of water (only water, no other liquid).

2. Place the bowl on an uncovered surface.

3. Plug in the adapter and place the silver part of the machine in the water. Make sure the black arc is below the water surface – then the fog will start to form!
