Easily started with the On/Off button on the bottom. By pressing the small button in the middle of the rattle, nice music plays while the small ball underneath lights up. Inside the ball on the underside are small balls which make a rattling sound when shaken. The upper part is shaped like a drum with a string hanging on each side with a ball on it. When the child shakes the rattle, a drumming sound will be heard.

The rattle drum comes in four different colors, all with different animal images:
